Organic Vodka

Our fruity organic vodka has a clean dry finish and excellent palate depth. The vodka has elegant smoothness and subtle berry flavours, and could be served with the following:

Roast Venison with Redcurrant or Blueberry Jam.
Roast Beef with Mushroom Gravy, Wholegrain Mustard mashed Potatoes, with a dash of Truffle Oil.
Roast Game (Pheasant or Pigeon) cooked in a rich fruity sauce.

Organic Vodka

Our refined vodka is clear in colour with wonderful spicy sweet aromas. On the palate it delivers upfront sweetness with richness and some spice to finish, and could be served with the following:

Moroccan chicken served on a bed of raisin and sweet paprika infused cous cous.
Lamb Rogan Josh curry with naan bread and Bombay potatoes.
Beef Vindaloo served on a bed of coconut infused jasmine rice.

Organic Eau de vie

Our Eau de vie with a palate of chocolate, liquorice and plums leaves a smooth tingling palate, and could be served with the following:

A lot of Apple pie or pancakes.
Belgian waffles, mixed berries and whipped cream.
Poured on vanilla dairy ice-cream.

Organic Brandy - special

Our brandy butter, rich and creamy with :

A good serving of hot Christmas pudding.
Belgian waffles, mixed berries and whipped cream.
Spoon on vanilla dairy ice-cream.

Organic Cocktails

Belclare - Organic Brandy

Ingredients
45 mL. Harris Organic brandy
20 mL Grapefruit Liqueur
15 mL Crème de Cacao
5 mL Pernod Absinthe
30 mL freshly squeezed lemon juice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into a martini or coupe glass.

Eau de vie - Fence

60ml Harris Organic eau de vie brandy, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, Sweet Apple Cider, place 2-3 ice cubes in an thick glass. Add apple and bitters, then fill with cold cider.

Eau de vie - Fire Red

1 bottle of organic red shiraz wine, 1 cup Harris Organic (moonshine) eau de vie brandy, 1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice, ½ cup cinnamon simple syrup.
