A beautiful, ethically sound, sustainable distillery which produces the best organic vodka in the Swan Valley and dare I say it, Australia. After negotiating our way past friendly dogs and free range chickens, the friendly, knowledgeable staff went out of their way to help us. We also stocked up on organic coffee and free range eggs while we were there. Their organic ethos should be the benchmark that every food and drink producer in the world strives to achieve.
